Who is the administration and of what?
Ephesians 1:8-10… This he caused to abound toward us in all wisdom and good sense, in that he made known to us the sacred secret of his will. It is according to his good pleasure which he purposed in himself for an administration at the full limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things together again in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth. Yes, in him.
What is this Sacred Secret that the apostle Paul is talking about here?
The administration is appointed at the timing that God is set for all things to be gathered under Christ authority in his kingdom.
There are three things of interest here in this passage of scripture.
First notice that there is a Time period for something to happen,
Next there is going to be an Appointment of an Administration to head up all things.
Lastly there is going to be a Gathering of all things together under the rule of Christ our Lord. So, let us work on the timing of this appointment of the Administration first.
It is time to do some digging, it is time to go back to the Greek words. I will be using Strong’s Concordance in all my writings.
Fullness as defined or referred in Strong Concordance #G4138
as the sum total or completion.
Next we have time as rendered in Strong’s Concordance #G2540
as a season coming to a head, the right moment and occasion or appointed time.
Ok now for the word Administration as found in Strong’s Concordance #G3622 as a steward managing the household.
The next expression is to head up, as translated in Strong’s Concordance #G346 where it could read as add together, sum up, the gathering or organize a head. Like when the sum of the harvest is gathered in at the end of the growing season this will be the end time or end of the appointed time.
So, what would that time look like?
Revelation 14:14-19… And I saw, and, look! a white cloud, and upon the cloud someone seated like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.15 And another angel emerged from the temple [sanctuary], crying with a loud voice to the one seated on the cloud: “Put your sickle in and reap, because the hour has come to reap, for the harvest of the earth is thoroughly ripe.”16 And the one seated on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.17 And still another angel emerged from the temple [sanctuary] that is in heaven, he, too, having a sharp sickle.18 And still another angel emerged from the altar and he had authority over the fire. And he called out with a loud voice to the one that had the sharp sickle, saying: “Put your sharp sickle in and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, because its grapes have become ripe.”19 And the angel thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and he hurled it into the great winepress of the anger of God.
So, we should expect the harvesting and reaping of the earth as God express his wrath this is a time that has been appointed. So, let us reread that passage of Scripture.

So, the Sacred Secret is this: at the end of the Appointed Time, God is going to have a new steward appointed to oversee the unity of both heaven and earth, in and under one new management system.
The one who will choose his administration will be called, The One Anointed with olive oil, the Christ or Messiah.
So, when is the Appointed Time coming to its end? At the end of the growing season, at the end of the harvest and that is on Tishri 1 at the sighting of the new moon in Jerusalem. Come Lord Jesus let them blow God’s trumpet!
