I was awakened from my sleep with a Message on 4/7/26. It was 3:30 in the morning and I heard a loud calling of my name: “Timothy”. I got up and said Lord did you just call for me? He said, “Tell Them I Am Coming.” So, I came into my quiet spot and found the passage of scripture that reminded me of what Jesus Christ said about the sign of his coming.
Matthew 24:29-31… Immediately after the tribulation of those days: The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not shed its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the celestial powers will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the peoples of the earth will mourn; and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet, and they will gather His elect (chosen) from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
Christ Jesus was in the middle of answering their three-part question that his disciples asked about the future:
- When is the temple going to be destroyed,
- what was the sign of the coming of his kingdom,
- and the end of the age?
when he revealed this information about his coming.
Now, we know that the temple of Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 CE so that part of Christ prophecy has been fulfilled. But Christ gave a list of things that would befall mankind calling it the Birth Pains as the signs of his incoming kingdom.
These events have been going on for one thousandth nine hundred nineth three years, ever since Jesus left earth right before Pentecost of 33 CE to sit at the right hand of God.
So, what is going to happen at Christ Coming and what does this mean for us?
Christ listed out three distinct things in this precise order that would happen at his coming.
- The celestial powers of heaven are to be shaken.
- Earth would mourn at seeing the Son of Man.
- Then the gathering of his Elect chosen ones.
Luke added an important detail to his account about what Jesus said:
Luke 21:28… Now when these things begin to occur, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption (deliverance) is drawing near.
Next, we will break each one of these three events into a paragraph, each reflecting on the cause-and-effects of the promises and the prophecies surrounding these events because your deliverance is near. We will start with the last event first and what it means for us.
Gathering of the Elect – part 3
What does it mean for us at the gathering of the Elect? Who are the Elect and what is the meaning of this word Elect?
The word elect means chosen and has the same meaning in both the Hebrew (Isaiah 65:22) and Greek (Matthew 24:31) language; these are the ones who are called out and overcome the world with Christ help, those redeemed for him to be a holy people. See what the apostle Paul wrote about them:
Romans 1:6-7… And you who are in Rome are also among those called to belong to Jesus Christ.To all of you in Rome whom God loves and has called to be his holy people: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Next, let see what Christ has said about those who would overcome their hardships as redeemed ones, those who will follow the spirit as the called-out ones. John 10:2-5
Revelation 2:7… He that has an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the congregations; (ekklesia or body of called ones) To him that overcomes I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Revelation 2:11… He that has an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the congregations; (ekklesia or body of called ones) He that overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.
Revelation 2:17… He that has an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the congregations; (ekklesia or body of called ones) To him that overcomes I will give to eat of the hidden manna and will give him a small white stone and in the stone a new name written, which no one knows except the one that receives it.
Revelation 2:26-28… And he that overcomes and keeps my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the Gentiles;and he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter they shall be broken to shivers, even as I received of my Father.And I will give him the morning star.
Revelation 3:5… He that overcomes shall likewise be clothed in white raiment, and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
Revelation 3:12… He that overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more, and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God which is the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from and with my God, and I will write upon him my new name.
Revelation 3:21… To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame and have sat down with my Father in his throne.
For those who overcome, they have access to the trees of life in the paradise of God, and the second death will have no effect on them.
Christ will give them some of the hidden manna and a white stone with a new name on it, they will have power over the Gentiles and rule over them with an iron rod. Christ has promised to give them the MorningStar, and they will become clothed in white remnant, and their names will be in the book of life.
Christ will make those who overcome a pillar in the temple of God, and he will write upon them the name of God and the city of God and Christ Jesus new name. They who overcome will sit with Christ on his throne. These are the promises that Christ made for those who are called out and who will overcome this world.
Now let us look at a prophecy that the LORD Yah has proclaimed about these redeemed ones:
Isaiah 62:11-12… Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the world: Say to the daughter of Zion, “Behold, your salvation comes; behold, his reward is with him, and his work is before him.” His people will be called “The Holy People,” “The Redeemed of the LORD.” And you will be called: “The City God Wants or Sought Out, The City God Is With or Not Forsaken.” (Ezekiel 48:35)
Picking back up on our reading we hear the prophet Isaiah asking questions about who it is that he is seeing coming with salvation. Can you identify who it is that is answering Isaiah back?
Isaiah 63:1-6… Who is this coming from Edom in crimson-stained garments from Bozrah? This One who is splendid in His apparel, rising up proudly in apparel, striding forward in His great might?
“It is I, proclaiming righteousness,andpowerful to save.” (Revelation 19:11-19)
Why are Your clothes red, and Your garments like one who treads a winepress?
“I trampled the winepress alone, and no one from the nations was with Me. I trampled them in My anger and ground them underfoot in My fury; their blood spattered My garments, and all My clothes were stained. For I planned for the day of vengeance, and the year of My redemption came. I looked, but there was no one to help, and I was amazed that no one assisted; so, My arm accomplished victory for Me, and My wrath assisted Me. I crushed nations in My anger; I made them drunk with My wrath and poured out their blood on the ground.
Have you figured out who it is that is coming with the power to save? Who is it that treads the winepress?
What is this Day of Vengeance and the Year of Redemption?
The answer about who this is can be found at Revelation 19:11-19, but what is this Day and Year the he speaks about you may ask?
That answer is found at Isaiah 61:1-4. Luke reported what Jesus said at Luke 4:16-21 when He read from the scroll of Iasiah; impart saying the following: “to proclaim the year of goodwill (or redemption) on the part of Jehovah and the day of vengeance on the part of our God…”

Now, let’s look at what happens on the day of vengeance when the celestial powers are shaken.
Celestial Powers Shaken – part 1
What is vengeance and who has the right to repay it?
Vengeance is an intense and justified divine force in a payback as retribution because of a wrong done toward God and He has the right to pay it back as his wrath is expressed. Deuteronomy 32:35-43
The prophet Haggai spoke about the time when God would bring about this change by the shaking of the heavens. This action is to make way for new rulership.
Haggai 2:6-7…For the Lord of Hosts says this: “Once more, in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all the nations…
Nebuchadnezzar was given a dream about the rulership’s that would rule over mankind and Daniel was called to interpret the dream and its meaning. God was making known that he was going to set up an everlasting kingdom that would shake and shatter any other rulership over mankind.
Daniel 2:44… But in the days of those kings, the God of heaven will raise up an everlasting kingdom that will be indestructible. Its rule will never pass to another people. It will shatter other kingdoms. It will put an end to all of them. It will stand firm forever…
Later on, Daniel was given more information about that everlasting kingdom in a vision found at chapter 7.
Daniel 7:9-18… As I kept watching, and thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took His seat. His clothing was white like snow, and the hair of His head like whitest wool. His throne was flaming fire; its wheels were blazing fire. A river of fire was flowing, coming out from His presence. Thousands upon thousands served Him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him.
The court was convened, and the books were opened. I watched, then, because of the sound of the arrogant words the horn was speaking. As I continued watching, the beast was killed and its body destroyed and given over to the burning fire. As for the rest of the beasts, their authority to rule was removed, but an extension of life was granted to them for a certain period of time. I continued watching in the night visions…
… and I saw One like a son of man coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was escorted before Him. He was given authority to rule and glory, and a kingdom; so that those of every people, nation, and language should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will not be destroyed. As for me, Daniel, my spirit was deeply distressed within me, and the visions in my mind terrified me. I approached one of those who were standing by and asked him the true meaning of all this. So, he let me know the interpretation of these things: These huge beasts, four in number, are four kings who will rise from the earth. But the holy ones of the Most High will receive the kingdom and possess it forever, yes, forever and ever…
Daniel 7:27… The kingdom, dominion, and greatness of the kingdoms under all of heaven will be given to the people, the holy ones of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey Him.
So, it is revealed that the Son of Man would receive the authority of rulership of this kingdom and the holy people will receive the kingdom and possess it.
When Christ gave his prophecy about the signs of his coming, he did so with this prophecy of Daniel in mind and he expanded upon this prophecy of Daniel’s by giving more detail to it. Matthew 24:29-31
Is there more prophecies about the removal of the heavenly powers?
Yes, Isaiah was given these words to speak:
Isaiah 34:1-6… You nations, come here and listen; you peoples, pay attention!
Let the earth hear, and all that fills it, the world and all that comes from it.
The Lord is angry with all the nations furious with all their armies.
He will set them apart for destruction, giving them over to slaughter.
Their slain will be thrown out, and the stench of their corpses will rise;
the mountains will flow with their blood. All the heavenly bodies will dissolve.
The skies will roll up like a scroll, and their stars will all wither as leaves wither on the vine, and foliage on the fig tree.When My sword has drunk its fill in the heavens, it will then come down on Edom and on the people I have set apart for destruction. The Lord’s sword is covered with blood…
Do you understand the prophetic language of what Isaiah wrote? And see again:
Isaiah 13:9-13… Look, the day of the Lord is coming cruel, with rage and burning anger to make the earth a desolation and to destroy the sinners on it. Indeed, the stars of the sky and its constellations will not give their light. The sun will be dark when it rises, and the moon will not shine. I will bring disaster on the world,
and their own iniquity, on the wicked. I will put an end to the pride of the arrogant and humiliate the insolence of tyrants. I will make man scarcer than gold, and mankind more rare than the gold of Ophir. Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will shake from its foundations at the wrath of the Lord of Hosts, on the day of His burning anger.
Do you see how the sun, moon, and stars will not shine?
This is called a celestial shake up of their powers as they are removed and their time is up!
Next, the apostle John received a vision about this coming celestial event, and it is revealed to us at the opening of the sixth Seal.
Revelation 6:12-17… Then I saw Him open the sixth seal. A violent earthquake (shaking) occurred; the sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair; the entire moon became like blood; the stars of heaven fell to the earth as a fig tree drops its unripe figs when shaken by a high wind; the sky separated like a scroll being rolled up; and every mountain and island was moved from its place. Then the kings of the earth, the nobles, the military commanders, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. And they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the great day of Their wrath has come! And who is able to stand?
The apostle Paul explains what this shake up of celestial powers means for us.
Hebrews 12:25-29… Make sure that you do not reject the One who speaks. For if they did not escape when they rejected Him who warned them on earth, even less will we if we turn away from Him who warns us from heaven. His voice shook the earth at that time, but now He has promised, Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also heaven. This expression, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what is not shaken might remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us hold on to grace. By it, we may serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.
Now, this shake up of heaven interduces the next event as God’s wrath is expressed towards earth as it’s now time for those of earth to be shaken also.
The Earth Mourns – part 2
Why would the tribes of the earth mourn at seeing the Christ or Son of Man coming in Power and Glory and who are these tribes?
These mourn because they can no longer do just as they what to upon the earth, they will now answer for their wrongdoing.
Revelation 1:7… Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes (G5443 offshoots) of the earth will wail, mourn on account of him. Even so, Amen.
Who pierced or killed the Son of Man in 33 CE and how is it possible for them to see him now, are they not all dead after one thousandth nine hundred nineth three years?
Yes, they are dead, but they still live on in the spirit realm around us, these are the offspring or offshoots of the earth born from the fallen angels who still dwell upon the earth today.
They are the same ones that got the leaders of Israel to kill the Christ back in 33 CE and are still here interacting with mankind unchecked until now. Their influence is now halted at the arrival of the Son of Man, as His kingdom is here to rule over heaven and earth Hallelujah!
